Our Team

Todd has been in the Financial Services industry since graduating from the University of Victoria’s School of Business in 1998.  He began his career with a major Life Insurance Company where he gained extensive knowledge and experience and has been committed to continual growth in the industry.  Todd has been an Independent Agent/Broker since 2000 and founded ClearChoice Financial Solutions Inc. (ClearChoice Financial Solutions) in 2007.  As an Independent Agent/Broker, Todd is dedicated to working with each client to determine their specific needs to find the most suitable product/program available in the market. Being able to closely work with each client, Todd is able to tailor each recommendation based on the client’s best interest.  He brings over two decades of extensive experience in various areas of the industry for his Corporate and Individual clients.

As a current student at Vancouver Island University, Montana is working towards her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in Financial Services. In her role of Administrative Assistant, Montana is responsible for client communication as well as client contact. Montana also deals with file management to ensure that all information is current and updated for our clients. Montana is deeply passionate about the financial services industry, and upon completion of her Degree, looks forward to advancing in the field to become an independent broker with ClearChoice Financial Solutions Inc.

Julie has been providing Back-Office Support to ClearChoice Financial Solutions Inc. for the past six years. Julie’s attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to streamline administrative processes makes her a key asset to the team. In her role of Back-Office Support, Julie is responsible for maintaining an up to date Client Management System which is critical in supporting consistent and reliable client communications. The support that Julie provides to ClearChoice Financial Solutions Inc. enhances our ability to provide our clients with a positive and engaging experience.
